Help please comment I don’t know what’s going on.

I need some help .. I got a positive pregnancy test then a couple days later I started bleeding lightly it was pink then yesterday it started to get a little heavier but still no pad needed then this morning I went to the restroom and it was more but no blood clots at all but it got a darker red.. I don’t know what’s going on did I pass the baby ? Or is it my period I don’t know what to do I just need some mommies to help me and I didn’t have my period all last month I was ovulating on the 11th of October
