PLEASE SOMEONE ANYONE comment help or even say what could be please

I’m so desperate please anyone

This is gonna be long but please

I have been TTC for 2 years with 0 luck, I’m 21 years old.

For the last 3 years I have had horrible periods and have had literally 0 luck conceiving.

This time I used pre seed and I thought it could help because I don’t produce much ovulation discharge well my period is now 3 days late, I took a test the day of a late period and was negative (took it in the afternoon) I then took a test yesterday morning and I thought I saw a faint faint faint line but I didn’t take much notice & if my period comes 5 days late I’ll test again.

I have had cramps 5 days before my period was due and still have on and off cramps, I have one sore boob & have been sweating so so bad at work and it’s quite cool, I just suddenly got a funny sensation pain in sort in my lower back that moved to my pelvic area.

I have also been producing a lot of clear watery discharge.

I also haven’t been able to go to doctor because my boss will literally not let me get off work even tho I told him what was going on

Please someone help me even if this doesn’t sound good please I can’t find anything online I just wanna know and wanna get my period if I’m not pregnant so I can try again please I’m at breaking point 😢
