Miscarry or implantation - hot uterus 🔥

I got my 'period' and it was light for two days, heavy for 2 days, then medium to light for the last 7 days (11 days total). Last 5 days has been when wiping and small amount on pad.

pregnancy test on day 9, 10 and 11 = all positive

Blood test = positive (low)

Roughly 5 weeks since my last period, so ultrasound showed nothing much but cervix is closed and uterus thickened. Ultrasound couldn't confirm or deny miscarry (too early).

I have slight uterus/ovary pain, like a hot burning sensation with period pain.

Anyone experience this before and actually stay pregnant?
