I wish I had it in me to be more confrontational

So I’ve been living in my house for a year. This bitch who lives next door to me consistently steals my parking space even though I have a toddler and I’m 9 months pregnant making things really hard for me.

She also sings (badly) most nights while I’m trying to sleep and is just generally noisy even though she lives alone. I’ve never said anything to her though because I don’t really want to have a feud with a neighbour.

But this lady had the balls to come to my door step just now to complain about my dog barking “more than usual”. She barks yes as does my other neighbours dog, they bark at each other and she’s never said anything to me. The dog was barking at the same rate she always does.

This is the first time in an entire year of living here that she has spoken to me. I just wish I had the balls to be confrontational and call her out on her shit.
