Bleeding after plan B

So 6 days ago my partner and I had sex and the condom slipped off inside of me. When I pulled it out of me, the condom was empty meaning the semen had spilled inside of me. Knowing I would ovulate in a week from that day, we grabbed a plan B to be safe. Now, I’m one day from when I’m supposed to ovulate. I went to pee and when I wiped the toilet paper was pink/red like there was a little blood and I’m having light cramps. Could that be implantation bleeding or is it just normal in terms of taking a plan b?

Update: it’s been 3 days and I’m still bleeding, so is this my period or...?
