Pregnant after laparoscopic surgery?

I have finally been diagnosed with endometriosis after 7 painful years. Ttc for 2.5 unsuccessfully. I am having laparoscopic surgery next week. I know I have a 4cm endometrioma on one ovary and is also suspected to be used to my uterus. Doctor is hopeful I will get pregnant after surgery. Just wondering if anyone has any success stories to share? Thanks in advance!

Hi lovely I’m so glad you’ve had diagnosis (not glad you have endo)... but it takes so long to be diagnosed that in the end we would rather be diagnosed with something so the pain has a reason. 
I have endo, have had 4 surgeries to treat my latest dec 2018 I wasn’t ready for babies yet... but was planning for this moment. had coil in during surgery and plan was to have as much removed as possible my endo attached my uterus to bowel my ovaries where stuck together it was messy. 
The plan have clean up, mirena coil in for 18 months then when ready have coil out (having it in will have kept uterus as clean as possible) and then try straight away. 
I had it out 27th July 2020 and I fell pregnant sept 20. I’m now 10 weeks.
