Last night I had very faint lines in today negative pregnancy test?

Last night I decided to test because I was feeling nauseous the day before. I took a few test and very faint lines. This morning I decided to test thinking with morning urine it’ll be stronger lines. Well both test are negative? I’m confused? I had minor period like cramps but nothing major. What’s going on? maybe drank to much water? Because pee is clearer this morning then last night.
