Leaky nipples

I have a 9 month old and we finished all breastfeeding about a month ago. My supply was drying up before then (I’ve been feeding him a short time once a day for a couple months) and I haven’t had any issues with leaking since he was like 3-4 months. All of a sudden the last couple of days my nipples are leaking milk. Not a ton but enough to notice. I’m not pumping or anything like that and my boob feel soft, not like they are full of milk..what’s going on?!? So strange and annoying!!
