Hello! I am looking for a recommendation for a pregnancy safe, hormonal acne spot treatment. 
My face has been a constant state of zits since I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago and I am OVER it. Any insight or recommendation is greatly appreciated!

Sulfur is the recommended safe treatment for pregnancy, but it doesn’t work as well for me. I use pure frankincense oil as a spot treatment and it’s safe for pregnancy, but it has a strong smell. It really works for me though. 
The Aztec Secret Indian healing clay mask (on Amazon) is a good mask for hormonal acne, but it’s drying so use it sparingly because otherwise your body will try to overproduce oil to make up for the dryness, which makes acne even worse, especially in winter. Just make sure you keep your skin hydrated if you use it.
