I have no symptoms and also feel like I can’t feel my uterus, like I feel like I should feel it in my abdomen by now but maybe I’m not feeling for the right thing. I had an ultrasound at 8w6d and saw a baby with heartbeat of 175. I’m so scared of a miscarriage or a MMC because I don’t feel pregnant..
