Vow Renewal?

I’ve been with my husband since we were young teens (13). I’m now 31, we’ve been married 9 years, and 2022 would make 20 years or being together and 2021 will make 10 of marriage. We aren’t struggling or anything that I normally hear couples renewing their vows over. Originally we had saved up and planned to travel to New Orleans just the two of us for a week of fun and just being together. I’m in PA so it would entail a flight and a week stay...we can use our time share down there and have really just been saving up points more than the money. We were going to go for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Well, we struggled to get pregnant with our son. He will be turning four when we’d be going and I felt okay leaving him with family. During TTC our second, we made these plans. Well, after 18 months of trying, we are due to have our daughter next week. She’ll not even be a year so I already don’t feel comfortable with the trip for that reason. Then, Covid happened. My husband will go with the flow and understands how I feel about leaving the baby for a week. We left my son at 15 months old for 5 days and it was hard but I managed. She’ll only be about 9 months. I know it’ll be too hard. So, I was thinking, after 20 years of being together, committed, never once breaking up or walking out on each other, I feel we should do something to celebrate maybe in 2022 (like actually take the trip then). So, I would like to pick one of two things...I was thinking of doing a vow renewal either next year back home with our families and friends for our 10 year or wait until we are down south and just do a private renewal with the two of us? I’m not sure if people would find a vow renewal weird for a 10 year anniversary as a lot of time I see people do them after a large rift or relationship trauma like getting past cheating or a separation. Like I said, we are happy as we have been I just want to celebrate us. I like the idea of it being private, just the two of us, and maybe hiring a photographer down there to capture those moments? But...I also feel it would be fun to have our family and kids involved and do it for the 10 year this upcoming year since we will probably push the trip back. Did anyone do a vow renewal? Would it be dumb to make a big deal of it here? Should we just do a private thing in LA even though it would be our 11 year and not that milestone 10?
