Second Piercing: yes or no

I've always been a little flamboyant with my earrings, my favorites being large teardrop disks. I also have a whole set of cuffs that I wear periodically but I have to take them off before bed. I admire the second piercing I've seen on others but I am concerned about how it will look with the jewelry I already have and love. How will it look with my cuffs? I pierced my nose two years ago and love it. I also always wear a memorial necklace for the baby we lost, so I guess I'm also worried about the whole combo looking clunky.
