What age are your babies?

Do you say 16 months or do you say 1 year old 
To me, I would normally say my son is 16 months because I feel it’s kind of obvious that he is a one year old, and when people ask I assume they want me to be more specific. Considering to me, I think there’s a bit of a developmental difference between a 12 month old and an 20 month old. 
However, i learned today that it really annoys some people lol 
I’m just curious what you guys say?

My guys are about to be 18 months and that's what I say lol. Because that's the size of clothes they are in so it just makes sense to me 🤣🤣

I say she’s almost 1 and a half. But this is mostly because I don’t keep track of how many months she is (when I’m asked specifically, I’m scrambling with math and trying to remember what day it is 😂). 
I think past 1 you should just round to the nearest year/half year.

First time i heard someone say '20 months' it sounded ou of this world but that is such a little thing to get annoyed over.  Since people say months, i say he is 16 months, also because of the developmental differences. He looks 2&½ though. i grew up saying one year. I find saying one year would be making him too young since at one year sharp, he couldn't even crawl.  Amd saying he is 2 years is too old aince he cant walk. I think months is good especially for people who understand child development because it gives them a rough idea what to expect from your child. But of someone doesnt know much about babies, they probably dont even case how many months so say whatever you want. Lol.

I say 16 months. There are huge differences at this age still monthly. If it annoys people whatever. I can understand how it’s annoying after 24 months I suppose.

It depends on who I'm talking to. Other mom's with toddlers, doctors or health care professionals, I say 17m. Anyone else I say almost 1 1/2
