Could this be a swollen girl or is it a boy?

This is was they told me was a boy at 20 weeks and it doesn't look like any boy ultrasounds that I have seen, I'm a first-time mom so I have no idea, could it be a swollen girl. Keep in mind at this ultrasound my baby was head down and upside down

I don't think "swollen girl" is a thing in an ultrasound. It's either hamburger bun or hotdog as a tech once told me, and that is for sure a baby boy.
