Any suggestions?!

Has anyone had trouble with the behavior of their dog(s) when a new baby has arrived? We have had our Yorkie for 13yrs so for most of his life he was a main focus and received a lot of attention from me and my husband. Two years ago we had our first daughter and just a month ago had our second.

He has become so defiant and has been doing a lot of bad things for attention. I don’t know what to do anymore. Don’t get me wrong, he does get attention but with two children, I physically cannot give him the same amount he once had.

He literally barks at ev-er-y thing. You name it - the tv (especially cartoons), ppl walking by outside, the neighbors dog barking, birds, begging for food, etc.

Every night he pees on a rug runner we have at the door. Doesn’t matter how many times I make him go before bed. He also poops in the house once a day and will bark constantly for food to be put on the floor for him even when he has a full bowl! 🤦🏼‍♀️

What gives?! I’m at my wits end and don’t know what to do. HELP! Any suggestions are welcome. 🙏🏼🐶
