Breast feeding and baby falls sleeps?

Hey mommas so I’m in day 3 of feeding my baby girl. She as born Saturday at 146 AM. Every time I feed her she’s wide awake and then passes out within 10 min. She’s still sucking though even asleep. Is this normal? Do I try to wake her up? Is she getting enough milk while sleeping? 
Any advice ?

How do you know? You don't know for sure unless you weigh her. So if you have a baby scales, then weigh in same clothes before and after feeding and see.
Other ways to know is if she is having enough wet or poopy diapers. First 5-6 days there should be at least same amount of poopy diapers than the age is, after that it will be not going much higher.
Also see her cheek and neck area. Is she swallowing?
If worried you can wake her up by making her a bit cold. At the hospital they reccomended washing my boys bum with lukewarm or colder water, that wakes them up.

To wake her up you can undress her to the diaper or tickle her feet. When I was breastfeeding in the hospital they gave me those tips to keep baby awake. 😊
