Babies first movements?

So I am 20 weeks and I’m not sure if what I’ve been feeling is my baby or if it’s just me WANTING it to be my baby. It feels like a muscle twitch on the right side of my belly (lower abdomen), under my belly button. It’s always around that area and when I put my hand on it, I can’t feel it so I don’t think it’s really a muscle spasm. But everyone says their babies movements feel like gas or the massages chairs at a nail salon so I have my doubts about my movements. What do y’all think/have experienced? Thanks!
