Should I call my ob?

Lol y’all probably think I’m ridiculous I post so much but this is my first baby after 4 losses so I’m scared

I’ve been up since about 5 this morning in so much pain with strong period like cramps my back feels like it’s breaking , my heart is racing horribly and I’m shaking, I am dilated to 6 and been in “active” labor as they call it for 4 days.. but they want me to stay at home and labor cause my contractions arnt constant . But I am now losing so much mucus and this morning I had my bloody show. Should I call and explain my symptoms
