Irregular period

A couple of months ago I got off birth control after birth control my period just went off and it didn’t come for a long time but it finally came last month now my period isn’t here again all my apps say its late after my period being so irregular I wouldn’t usually worry about it but I recently had sex and I just worried about pregnancy. If anyone can just leave some advice about irregular periods
