Cold or allergies while pregnant

So it’s starting to get cold where I live and recently when I wake up in the morning my throat is a little sore and my nose has been really runny. My boyfriend was just really sick (we got tested for covid and it was negative) we think it was a really bad cold. I don’t know if I’m starting to get what he had or if it’s just allergies because I have been sneezing a little bit. I was wondering if there was anything that I could take to maybe help with my symptoms?
