Supplements?
I have been taking prenatal vitamins for a long time, ever since we started trying to conceive and obviously continued when I got pregnant. With cold/flu season (and covid) I feel like I should be taking in additional vitamin c, zinc, elderberry etc like I normally do this time of year. Is anything safe? I know there’s vitamin c and Zinc in a prenatal, but not much. I’ve been trying to eat foods high in vitamins but food aversions made that difficult for a while. Anyone taking additional supplements??
