Stopped progesterone suppositories and feeling awful

Help please 🙁 I Stopped progesterone suppositories (cyclogest) yesterday morning and I’m now feeling awful. I’m week 8, been on them since the start of pregnancy. I did ivf. Today I was hit with nausea (didn’t quite have nausea before, just queasiness), stomach pain (feels almost like trapped wind/constipation which wouldn’t be unreasonable as I’ve been eating mostly carbs but I have been regularly going to the toilet), excess saliva, tiredness. I only stopped yesterday the suppositories. It would be strange as most report online feeling better not worse when stopping progesterone. I may call midwife tomorrow to see if they have any ideas.
