30 weeks preeclampsia..

Has anybody been okay and delivered there scheduled c-section at (37 weeks) while having preeclampsia? This is my second pregnancy my first I had no complications and this time I just got diagnosed with preeclampsia. Im scared, any tips?

Edit: I have to have a c-section due to Type 1 diabetes and inappropriate sinus tachycardia. my first was a c-section as well, I didnt have a choice.
