Feel like I'm falling apart 😪

I'm 34 weeks with #4. Everything was good until the last few weeks... Now I'm dealing with constant headaches, an ear infection that refuses to go away, all of my teeth are hurting for some reason, I have a gash on my gumline that I dont even know how it got there, I feel like my uterus is about to tear from the weight of this kid and I have hemorrhoids so bad it feels like its trying to kill me.

Not to mention we are in the middle of packing to move to a bigger house in a few weeks while dealing with two toddlers who's only point to life is 'give me, give me' all day. Its just too much 😭
