My daughter was born with a small dimple above her butt crack (a sacral dimple). Her pediatrician knows and it’s never been a concern. I was cleaning her today and noticed this. Wtf? (It’s not a worm, that was my first instinct). It’s more like dried leakage? It wiped away but had a smell to it. Again, this is not of her genitals or private area. Anyone else have a little one with a similar dimple?
