PMS and AF or maybe implantation/early symptoms?

So I have PCOS and my periods are pretty irregular. I get one every month but when I get it varies.

I try to track it with this app but I mean, it's not very accurate.

I thought I was gonna get my period but I started spotting light pink and brown at times too.

And then I started feeling this pinching/ pulling feeling in my lower abdomen, right above my pelvis... It doesn't feel like the cramps I get normally so I'm not sure what to think about it.

I think maybe it might be implantation but idk, and google is no help.

Any ideas?? What about your experience?
