Reduce night feedings 4 mo.

I got the ok from doctor to reduce night feedings for my 4 month old baby.
Doctor also said should be sleeping 6 hours thru the night.
Currently her bedtime is 730 and asleep at 8-830. and then wakes every 2.5 hour for feeding for a total of 5 feeds at night.
She is sleepi g in her crib and I also sleep in her room.
Any tips greatly appreciate!!
