7dpo watery eyes and mouth ulcer

Hey girls! I'm in my 3rd TTC cycle and this ones has been a lot different to the other 2. I've had random watery eyes today, heartburn and an ulcer on the bottom of my tongue....anyone noticed these before BFP? Really hoping for some good news 😭🙈
