Cycle day 11 and just got my peak this evening testing at 6pm!?!?

I test twice a day with the clear blue advanced ovulation test and this morning at 7am I had high fertility I tested again this evening at 6:17pm and I have my peak!??? Is that possible I only had high fertility yesterday and this morning high fertility now straight to peak could it be wrong?

Is it because I took these tablets (photo below) could that influence it ? I feel like I need to test again to make sure but I have no other test to do it with and peak stays on for 48 hours

I usually have a 28 day cycle but last month it was only 26 day cycle thanks in advance! X
