BBT/OPK Help 2nd Cycle Off BC

I recently went off birth control (end of July) and it took until September to get my period, which was one very light day of spotting.

I started using OPKs and got a positive that month (CD12), had very sore nipples the next day,

+ progesterone test confirmed ovulation. My cycle was 24 days in total.

This month, I assumed I would have the same cycle (ha!) and am so confused. I haven’t gotten any positive OPKs and my temperature seems all over the place/hasn’t confirmed ovulation. I’m taking tests 2x/day and 3x when I’m feeling extra crazy.

Is it common to experience such a swing in cycles as your body comes off BC? It’s not possible I missed the surge, right? I have very light CM to the point that I’ve started using Robitussen and it’s been pretty watery since starting 3 days ago. I do feel some full ache in my pelvic region for the past day or two. But not sure if that’s even a symptom?
