Second lobe hole unevenness

Is there any type of earring that can minimize this? My one second lobe piercing is a hair more to the side and up then the other. It’s not really noticeable from afar but close up if your looking you can tell. I was going to take them out and let them heal but I was told that the scar isn’t worth it. And at this point they’re 8 months old so I’m not sure how well they will heal (although If I go a few days without wearing earrings they will develop a crust of skin over them, so they might but I’m not sure).
