Confused

Basically what I’m asking is if a month ago my blood test was good no stds will my new blood test be the same if I haven’t slept with anyone.

So a month ago I went to a urgent care to get tested for herpes they only took blood no swabs n they said everything was negative they tested for other stds too. A week ago I went to my gynecologist n they swabbed me n took blood but this time they called me n they said I got the swab results back n I do have some stuff. Do y’all think I could have anything in my blood tho since the urgent care had said I don’t a month ago.
