TTC for 3 years/Femara & hormone medication

Hey everyone! So my husband & I have been TTC our first baby for 3 years. I recently started going to a fertility specialist who put me on Femara for cycle days 3-7, estradiol for cycle days 10-12 & progesterone on days 18-30. I am currently on cycle day 22, 7 DPO. My question is has anyone else been on this sort of regiment &, if so, did it work for you? I am currently experiencing sore/heavy breasts, some nausea (but not everyday), hot flashes, & I feel like today I have been having to pee more. It’s hard for me to tell if it’s early pregnant symptoms or if it’s the hormone medication so I was just wanted someone else’s input! Thanks so much, in advance! 😊❤️
