What helps with nausea
I’m 13 weeks pregnant & I still have really bad morning sickness /:
I take vitamin B6 & unisom at night. So I’m not nauseas at all in the morning. But then around 2pm I start feeling nauseas & I just feel like puking 🤢.
I’ll go home after work eat a meal & I just feel worse and puke my dinner /:
It’s a terrible feeling.
Any suggestions on what I can do ?
