PIO and little pimples
So every time I take PIO I develop these small little pimples on my chest and up by my temples. Has anyone else experienced this? I've told my clinic and they said to take benadryl but it doesn't seem to work. I've also tried the other PIO that is not made from sesame and got the same results. Need ideas to try and calm this down.
