HCG still rising

I started bleeding on the 10th right after finding out my HCG is super slow rising. I have had 2 ultrasounds since, and both times they have said my sac is empty, measuring 2 weeks behind. I have accepted that I am having a miscarriage, my bleeding has just stayed pretty light, kind of like a light/medium period flow with a few clots. I got my blood test results today and my HCG is still rising 😔 it has only risen about 600 since the 10th, but it’s still risen. I am having another scan on Thursday, but it seems so far away. I just want to know what’s happening. I want this to be over so I can get back to TTC.
