Possible pregnancy after pap with an IUD?

So I have an IUD and I’ve had it for about a year and a half now. I usually get my period at least once a month. I got a Pap smear about a month ago, and ever since then I’ve felt a lot of the symptoms I had with my first pregnancy. My daughter is now 3. Is it possible for my IUD to have moved during the pap, and I could be pregnant? Me and fiancé aren’t careful at all, since I have an IUD. I’ve had extremely tender breasts, my nipple piercings have been irritating my nipples, and my period is 3 weeks late.
