Anyone else struggling to make space for second baby?

We’re about a year out from being able to buy a house and our space is already feeling tight. I feel like we’re just going to have to fit the bassinet/crib in our tiny bedroom and deal with it. But it’s not going to be a super functional space once we do that, so there’s no point in setting it up now. However I’m still really having the urge to start nesting and get things ready.

Haha, we live in New York City in a 900 sqft two bedroom apt. Once my son is born he will be squeezed in with us until he is sleep trained and then he will share with my daughter. We will have to get bunk beds once he is out of a crib because there isn’t even space for two twin beds in their room. We have no plans to move though. You make whatever you have work!

So we only have 2 bedrooms on one floor and 2 on another. So our toddler and baby will have to share. We are going to keep both in cribs for safety reasons for as long as possible. I am putting a rocker in our bedroom and bassinet in there as well. It is what it is. Love grows best in small houses lol.

We live in a 3 bed apartment with 2 roommates. Right now its me, hubby and 2 year old all in one bed and im due in july. I know the struggle lol
