Will I get my cervix checked at my 37 week appointment

I've heard some woman get there cervix checked this is my first pregnancy and I have my 37 week appointment in a few hours. Will they check my cervix.

Nope. They never checked mine all pregnancy.

I had a sweep at 39 weeks but other than that no cervix checks with my second.  Even throughout labour (had a water birth).

No, they only did mine because of a sweep at 38 weeks, i was due to be induced the week after. Otherwise they won’t unless overdue.

No, they checked mine when I was overdue with my first and did a sweep. This time, nothing. In the UK we tend to try to intervene as little as possible.
