Twins?

This is my second pregnancy and I’m only 3 weeks 3 days along. I got my bfp at 7dpo which I thought was really early but shrugged it off as I was so excited. Then, came the nausea. I’m literally nauseous every morning and having uncomfortable pressure down there already. I had NONE of these thing until 9 plus weeks with my son. Is it possible I could be pregnant with twins? Or has anyone experienced these symptoms this early with a singleton pregnancy?

None of that means you’re having twins.
Only an ultrasound can tell you how many babies you’re having.

It really varies from pregnancy to pregnancy, and woman to woman. I just found out I am expecting twins and I haven’t had almost any nausea. My hcg levels were very high though when I got blood drawn to confirm my pregnancy and I was only 4 weeks. The only symptoms I’ve experienced strongly are fatigue, hunger, and back aches! Hope this helps.

i was sick from the day of ovulation up until about this week (16) & i’m only pregnant with one. everybody’s different! the only way to know for sure is an ultrasound! i hope you get what you want (:

I’m not sure why some are so rude. It’s Normal to have this fear when u experience things sooner than the first time around. This is my 5th pregnancy and I’m going thru the same fear 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have two here on earth and 2 little angels, I found out at 5 weeks 6 days the first and second time and 7 weeks the third but these last 2 I found out at almost 4 weeks, and yesterday I found out for sure at 3 weeks and 3 days pregnant my period isn’t due for 2 more days but for the last few days I was getting all the hints nausea and my boobs aching and night sweats plus I dreamed my mom(who’s passed)told me I was pregnant. I took one test and posted it here and was told it was an Evap line even tho I knew it wasn’t. Second one confirmed I was right. My boobs aren’t just tender they are ACHING as if I’m already lactating which I know is not possible lol, I had trouble breastfeeding my 2 daughters but I’m hoping this is a sign I will get to this time around. But yes there is definitely a little bird chirping in my ear that it’s 2 with all these symptoms so early. Of course u won’t know for sure til u get an ultrasound to confirm so definitely don’t get ur hopes up or stress levels up til u know for sure! Best of luck mama 💜

I had a positive at 7dpo. And everybody kept telling me they my days were off and that there was no way I could of had a positive at 7dpo, but I know when I ovulated. My doctor was VERY shocked but explained to me that some women’s HCG just skyrockets when the embryo implants. I was only pregnant with one.
