Elevated heart rate?

I’m 34+3 today and I was just sitting here when I remembered at my appointment this morning that my heart rate was 108 beats per minute and nobody had seemed concerned? It doesn’t help that the people that helped me today had the attitude of “I don’t want to be here.” Anybody else had this happen? I have to find my Apple Watch charger so I can keep track of it throughout the day and see if this is a regular thing....my heart rate usually is never that high!
