TMI.. normal blood clot??

i started my period 4 days ago .. today i was laying down& could feel what felt like blood gushing out of me. I went to the bathroom to check my pad & this is what was there. I never really get blood clots at all during my period, atleast not this size. But maybe since i haven’t had my period in 4 months that could be reason behind it? (i have very irregular periods) Idk. i was/am actively ttc but im pretty sure i wasnt pregnant.. is this normal for a period?
