Are there any tricks, lotions, teas.. anything to help get rid of stretch marks and tighten the stomach ?? I had a C Section and now my stomach is super loose and filled with stretch Marks 😭😭. Everyone keeps saying either exorcise or get a tummy tuck , but that’s not enough pls help 🥺🥺

I read about a woman who used her breast milk. She would massage it into her skin 2x a day. She even did a side by side comparison to see if it was working. She only did one side of her body for a week, and then compared. It worked for her. Unsure of whether it was the milk or just the motion of massage that improved the area. But it doesn’t hurt to try. I did it shortly after birth of my first just as a precaution. But I’m not sure how vaginal vs csection changes the skin. It may be harder to to tighten. Good luck, either way, you made a beautiful baby and should be proud 💙

Maybe try this product. I used it through my pregnancy and I think it helped prevent stretch marks, but it claims to help reduce stretch marks too

I second the Bio Oil. I used it throught both pregnancies bot CSections.

Derma rolling helped me. I used a .25mm derma roller and vitamin C drops. I would do this once every other day. I saw results after 3 weeks. Look into it. Hope this helps.
