Help pls!

I’ve tried making an appointment with a Gyno for an exam but none in my area will call me back.

I just need to get looked at I’m 20, with no previous exam done before. Everytime I’ve called they tell me no reason to be seen until 21 to have a pap smear and i tell them i just want an exam done. I have been tested for std’s before by peeing in the cup and having it sent off. They’ve never done a blood test and no gyno will answer.

For the past month or so i have had a bump down there. It feels lifted and flat. It doesn’t seem like a wart but I’m not sure what else it could be. I’m trying to get seen but getting irritated. Anyone have any idea ? Any suggestions would be great. I’ve looked at it for a while nothing has changed with size or color or feeling. It’s the same color as the skin down there. It’s located at the 5 o’clock area if counting the clit as the 12. Please help
