Concerned! Need info please

Okay ladies..I hate to post this pic but it is starting to concern me.

My last period was Nov 9-14 and I took a ovulation test 3 days ago on the 17. It was positive at peak fertility. I was spotting a little of light/pale pink color that day and the day after. Now I’m having pain in my lower abdomen/pelvis and it’s been pretty constant since last night when I woke up with terrible cramps. My whole abdomen is kind of sore..but mostly in the lower area. And I’ve got a light constant flow of this brownish discharge or old blood maybe. It’s concerning me because I’m still seeing this old blood looking discharge and having cramps. There is no way I can be pregnant either as my spouse has been out of town since I started my last period. Thanks everyone!
