I’ve masturbated a few times and I think I orgasmed, but my family is religious (Lutheran Christian) and idk if I’m “allowed” to and if I wasn’t allowed to masturbate if I would. 
I like touching myself but I always feel guilty and I don’t know what to do 😩😩😩😩 helppp

I'm a Christian, and in my biblical studies, I've never found anything that inherently condemns masturbation! I don't think you should feel guilty about it at all (I don't!) but if it's something you personally feel convicted about, follow your heart. 
In general, while it is a controversial topic, it's not condemned by God. So I say go wild. Enjoy the body He gave you :)

I’m pretty sure it says to honor your body like a temple. Orgasms are really great for your body. I’d say there’s nothing wrong from a religious standpoint. Of course religion loved to oppress women and our bodies so idk
