Anyone have this seat and know the weight limit for the insert?

I don’t have the same car seat but I read the instructions for the one I have and it says to remove it when your baby outgrows it. I couldn’t find a weight limit anywhere. 
He was super squished in it and started crying in his car seat (which he never does) so I took it out when he was about 2.5 months.

I’m pretty sure I have the same one and i took ours out at about 12 pounds
