Should I clean during covid sickness or after??

My husband, my toddler, and I have covid. We got tested positive Wednesday. We have no symptoms other than no smell or taste, or energy but I’m pregnant so that’s to be expected. But this is probably a dumb question, but should I start cleaning everything now? Or should I wait until we’re done with quarantine to clean so I don’t have to clean multiple times? Mainly our beds and bathroom is what I’m worried about since we have spent more time there. Sorry for the dumb question I’m just not sure what to do here 🤷🏼‍♀️
