Where do we go from here?

Question

We have been ttc for almost 2 years now after so many negatives we finally decided to consult a doctor.. well we got the results and its "unexplained" the doctors say they can't figure out why we haven't conceived yet because both my partner and I are perfectly healthy.
Where do we go from here? Of course we will keep trying but have any of you faced this? If so what was your next step?
We have been told about IVF options however the waiting lists are quite long so in the meantime any tips and suggests to help conceive naturally will be appreciated.

Some people have said acupuncture helped, including a very close friend of mine who just gave birth to a beautiful boy last month. You can look into that if you’re interested.

Did you have your lining checked for thickness?

We dealt/deal with unexplained and ended up pregnant on 3rd IUI cycle.  Still no reasons/answers as to why nothing worked up until that.  We also had to do so many IUIs before insurance would pay towards IVF so that might be something to take into consideration too what they’ll help with.

We did IVF and had no waiting list. Perhaps you should look around for somewhere else.
