Nb in convertible car seat

So I’m opting for a convertible car seat this time, I haven’t found a infant seat that fit what I’m looking for and my babies outgrow car seats fast.

Anyone who started with a convertible car seat for baby how did move around? Did you wear/wrap baby? If so, what do you recommend? Did you use a stroller all the time or just carry baby?

My friend suggest I can use a infant car seat to maneuver around when I needed to if I choose not to wear baby.

I figured I could use a stroller that changes into a bassinet.
